The Collaborative Philosophy

Everything is interconnected, and more than one thing is always true
Kim Collab Venn Diagram.png

Kim Collab approaches organizations ecologically: as relationships among people, place, culture, resources, stories, and structures that continuously shape one another. When those relationships are ignored, work becomes fragmented, people operate in silos, and even good ideas become difficult to carry forward.

Our role is not to impose a single answer or manufacture change for appearance’s sake. We observe closely, make connections visible, name tensions, and offer informed perspective. The people within the organization ultimately determine what changes and whether those changes can take root.

Through story, space, and systems, we help organizations create greater coherence across how they communicate, operate, and affect the world around them. The aim is not simply to make something work today, but to strengthen its capacity to endure, adapt, and contribute to healthier surrounding systems.

"In my time with Kimberly, I quickly noticed that she possessed a cheerful demeanor and was very personable. She also displayed a level of commitment and responsibility to the work that made her an easy pick for the promotion to Marketing Specialist when the opportunity arose.

Kimberly was not only a pleasure to work with as a colleague, but when she became my superior she was also admirable in both her leadership capabilities and her drive to help the marketing department staff succeed.

She showed me how to be an engaged designer and an engaged leader. She is singularly able to motivate those around her and is an asset to any team, guaranteed."
